As universities prepare for the fall semester, and educational institutions are still figuring out if reopening is a good idea, librarians are tasked with figuring out ways to support an influx of remote users with their learning and research. It is now more important than ever to find a way to reach these users and deliver library services wherever they may be, aiding them where they need it when they need it.
In this webinar, Tim O’Neill dives into what the University of Manchester library is doing to help these users, including utilizing Lean Library to help streamline access to research materials.
Lean Library helps librarians meet their patrons wherever they are researching, seamlessly delivering library resources, services, and branding though a simple, yet powerful browser extension. Our browser extension transforms the access experience for off-campus users while increasing library visibility.
Presenter: Tim O’Neill (Electronic Resources Co-ordinator, the University of Manchester) & Michelle Tan (SR. Manager Business Development, Lean Library)
